FREEDOM OF INFORMATION – PUBLICATION
SCHEME
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication
Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’
of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
This scheme is available from reception.

NHS 24 is a 24 hour nurse-led, confidential helpline providing advice and information
on 08454 24 24 24 or via the website www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk
Trained medical staff are on-hand to advise you over a wide range of problems.
- Health concerns for you or your family.
- Local health services.
- What to do if you are feeling ill.
- Self-help and support organisations.
